Why we exist

Hope has room for everyone.

Healing conversations belong in the community, too.

Founded by Dr. Christian Hope Gillespie, Love Is Grace Foundation is a Christian nonprofit creating welcoming ways to talk about mental wellness. Through art, education, supportive conversation, and practical tools, we aim to reduce stigma and strengthen connection.

Our mission is to inspire hope, promote mental wellness, and strengthen communities through faith, art, education, and compassionate support.

What we do

Three paths toward hope.

Creative gatherings, accessible learning, and a developing path to help more people reach care.

Love Is Grace Foundation presents

Catharsis

An experience of faith, art, and mental wellness.

Catharsis is a gathering built around the stories people carry. Through performances, a shared meal, reflection, faith, and practical wellness information, guests can encounter connection and hope in community.

Poetry, music, dance, spoken word, storytelling, and live painting can give voice to what often goes unsaid. Future gatherings may explore grief, anxiety, trauma, relationships, resilience, and more.

Dates, locations, admission, and registration will be announced when confirmed. Catharsis is a community experience, not therapy.
